I own an 883XL 1996 Harley sportster and would love to find a chopper kit or a bobber kit , does any one know who make them

You have my sympathies, but one does not build a chopper or a bobber from a kit... A true custom motorcycle should be one that reflects the tastes and design choices of its owner... not put together from a kit that someone else designed.

There are dozens of sources on the Internet for hundreds of parts and modifications you can do to your bike to make it truly one-of-a-kind. Use some imagination and do something that reflects your own taste, not a cookie-cutter copy of someone else's design.
